A Celiac Thanksgiving |
 |
My grandmother always used to say, "When you get old, time just flies by." It does. I can vouch for that. Sometimes I do feel old...or at least not as young as I used to be. Before you know, 2005 will become another year gone. So take time with family and friends today. What's for Thanksgiving dinner?!
The kitchen here smells wonderful with pumpkin pie, yes, you can have pumpkin pie! Cooking for 7 this year seems so small compared to previous years, but we'll make it special nontheless! We're still in for a treat, all gluten-free. The non-Celiacs will just have to put up with some great food, albeit not as traditional as they would like.
